Think of Loyal~n~Save as your very own virtual shopping mall. Multiple stores are housed under Loyal~n~Save, allowing you to completely customize your loyalty program and pick and choose what campaigns you want to participate in. Each store has their own storefront where you can add, sign up for campaigns, and earn unique rewards. Loyal N also gives you the opportunity to earn even more than traditional loyalty programs. Refer your friends and every time they make a purchase, you’ll earn reward tokens too.

To join, go to loyalnsave.com and click "Sign Up.” You can also sign up in a participating store just by scanning your driver’s license. Make sure you provide a valid email address so that you can change your temporary password. Once you log on, add stores and sign up for campaigns to start earning.

By joining Loyal~n~Save, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to the PROGRAM TERMS and by any changes or modifications we may make to those Program terms and conditions.

Earning reward tokens is easy. Aside from completing the store’s campaigns and earning reward tokens, you can earn more by engaging with the stores on Loyal~n~Save. Take polls, quizzes, and complete challenges to earn even more.

Each point balance is different for each individual store. When you’ve accumulated at least 1,000 reward tokens, you have the option to convert your reward tokens to a dollar balance. Every 1000 reward tokens = $1. Use this money to purchase items at that store or in their online swag shop.

Campaigns are promotions that each store sets for their customers to earn reward tokens or coupons. Reward tokens are then converted to a dollar balance to get money off in-store, purchase swag items, or donate to your favorite charity.

When you add a store to "My Stores,” click their storefront and add the "Ongoing Campaigns” you want to participate in.

Each store sets up their own campaigns and rewards. To find out what each store is offering, check out their storefront and ongoing campaigns. This can be anything from reward tokens, coupons, or promotional items. Every 1,000 reward tokens = $1 in cash redemption value.

Coupons and campaigns can be set by the store to expire. However, reward tokens on the Loyal N Save website will not expire. If your account is inactive for more than a Stores allowed time, your profile will be put on "hold” and you will stop accruing reward tokens from your teammate's purchases. Once you make a purchase with your Loyal~n~Save card, your profile will be reactivated and your existing point balance will still be there. Please see each store’s Terms for more details.

Teams are the friends and family that you refer to each individual store. The people you refer directly will be put in your first tier. When your first tier recruits friends of their own, those recruited members will become your second tier. When your second tier refers to their friends, those recruitments will become your third tier, and so on and so forth. All the way down to five tiers, you’ll earn a percentage* of everyone’s reward tokens made at that particular store.

*Percentages are determined by each individual store.

Each store provides you with your own unique referral code. When you go onto a store’s page on the Loyal~n~Save site, you’ll find a code that you can then send to your friends and family. Each person you refer will be added to your team at that store.

Inactivity policies are determined by each individual store and will vary. Generally, if someone on your team hasn’t made a purchase in a certain amount of time, their account will be put on "hold” and they will be removed from the tier. Members in the tiers below them will move up a level and start earning a larger percentage. If the user on hold reactivates their account by making a purchase, they will be put back into their original tier and the other members will move back down. Badges are additional achievements you complete by engaging with brands on the Loyal N Save website. Collect badges from each store and level up in your Loyal~n~Save rank, unlocking more features like free shipping in the swag store!

Your Loyal~n~Save rank is based on the number of badges you collect from each individual store. These badges are essentially completed "achievements” you get from engaging with your subscribed stores. More badges = higher Loyal~n~Save rank. Depending on your rank, you can unlock cool features to enhance your experience and customize your profile.

Reward tokens can only be converted in sets of 1000. If you have less than 1000 reward tokens in your store’s balance, you will have to wait until you meet the threshold to convert. If you have over 1000 and the reward tokens are still not converting, or are converting incorrectly, please contact Customer Support at support@loyalnsave.com

Reward tokens should be instantly reflected in your account after purchase. Please allow up to a week (7 days) for your reward tokens to show up. If your reward tokens are still not there after that time period, please email us at support@loyalnsave.com

If the store participates in returns and you already gained reward tokens for the item, those reward tokens will be subtracted from your point balance and your teammate's balances at that store. Please see each store’s Terms for details on returns and exchanges.

While your membership never officially expires, your account may go inactive after a certain number of days of non-engagement. That time period is determined by each individual store. After that time period, you will stop earning reward tokens from friends' purchases and you will lose your spot in the team tier. Once you make a purchase at that store, your account will become active again and you’ll continue earning reward tokens from your teammates as if you never left. Please see each store’s Terms for more details.

Your membership may be revoked by Loyal~n~Save, in its sole discretion, at any time. Any abuse of the Program; failure to follow any of these Terms; misrepresentation; or conduct that may be detrimental to Loyal~n~Save or our interests may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If in Loyal~n~Save’s sole discretion, we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.

To update your information, go to loyalnsave.com, click on your profile picture or "My Account” and choose "Edit Profile.”

If you have forgotten your password, go to loyalnsave.com or the mobile app and click "Forgot My Password.” You’ll be prompted to change your password via the email you provided.

If you decide you no longer want to be part of the Program, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at support@loyalnsave.com. Your email must specify your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirm that you wish to be removed from the Program. It may take up to 7 business days for your cancellation to be completed.
